Nestbuk is a marketplace platform connecting customers with beauty, health, and wellness professionals and businesses. This policy applies when you visit our website, use our mobile apps, create an account, list a business, make or manage a booking, contact support, or otherwise interact with Nestbuk.
We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and support Nestbuk. We do not sell personal data. We do not allow third parties to use Nestbuk user data for their own independent advertising or cross-app tracking.

- Payment card or bank details are handled by payment processors. Nestbuk does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

- Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, logs, crash data, performance data, and pages or features used.
- Identifiers needed for security, analytics, fraud prevention, app functionality, and service improvement.
Location and permission-based data
- Approximate location may be used to show nearby beauty, health, and wellness businesses.
- Precise location, camera, photo library, calendar, contacts, or notification data is only accessed when the app asks and you allow it.

Retention and account deletion

If you create an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated account data from within the app where available, or by contacting us through the website contact form or email. We will delete or de-identify account data unless we need to keep limited information for legal, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or compliance reasons.
