Bookings are with providers

Nestbuk helps users discover and book services. The service itself is provided by the listed business or professional.

Safety and fairness

Users must provide accurate information, respect others, and follow platform rules and applicable law.

Agreement

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Nestbuk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use Nestbuk for a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

If you do not agree, do not use Nestbuk. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will be posted on this page.

Access

Eligibility and accounts

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required by the laws where you live. If you use Nestbuk for a business, you must have authority to do so.

Account accuracy

Keep your account, contact, business, and payment information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, infringe rights, misuse data, abuse the platform, or are required to be restricted by law or app store rules.

Bookings

Marketplace relationship

Nestbuk is a marketplace and booking technology platform. Customers use Nestbuk to discover, request, book, pay for, review, and manage services. Businesses and professionals use Nestbuk to list services, manage schedules, communicate with customers, and grow their operations.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, contact, booking, and payment information.
  • Attend appointments on time and follow the cancellation, late arrival, no-show, deposit, and refund rules shown at booking.
  • Treat businesses, staff, professionals, and other users respectfully.
  • Use reviews, messages, uploads, and support requests honestly and lawfully.

Business responsibilities

  • Keep business profiles, licensing status, services, pricing, availability, staff, policies, and images accurate and up to date.
  • Honor confirmed bookings or promptly communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and service limitations.
  • Provide services professionally and comply with laws, health, safety, employment, tax, licensing, insurance, and consumer protection duties.
  • Use customer information only to provide the booked service, manage appointments, resolve support issues, and comply with law.

Unless Nestbuk clearly states otherwise, services booked through Nestbuk are provided by independent businesses or professionals, not by Nestbuk. Each provider is responsible for the quality, safety, legality, licensing, pricing, policies, and performance of its services.

Money

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices, taxes, fees, deposits, cancellation rules, no-show charges, refunds, and payout timing may vary by business, service, location, payment method, and applicable law. The applicable terms should be shown before or during booking where required.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making or accepting payments through Nestbuk, you agree to comply with the applicable payment provider rules. Nestbuk may correct pricing or booking errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, and withhold or offset amounts where allowed by law or required for safety, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or platform compliance.

Content

Reviews, listings, messages, and moderation

  • You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, business listings, photos, messages, profile details, and support materials.
  • You grant Nestbuk permission to host, display, format, translate, moderate, and use submitted content to operate and promote the platform.
  • We may remove, restrict, or edit content that violates these terms, applicable law, platform policies, or community safety standards.
  • Users can report objectionable content, abusive behavior, fake listings, or unsafe activity through support channels.

Objectionable content, abusive users, unsafe listings, and suspected fraud can be reported through support. We may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action we consider appropriate for platform safety.

Rules

Prohibited conduct

  • Use Nestbuk for illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Post false reviews, fake listings, deceptive prices, unauthorized images, spam, malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload Nestbuk systems.
  • Bypass fees, payment flows, safety controls, account restrictions, moderation decisions, or app store rules.
  • Collect, disclose, or misuse another person’s personal information without permission or legal authority.

Mobile apps

App store and platform terms

  • Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Nestbuk.
  • Your use of Nestbuk must also comply with the App Store, Google Play, and device platform rules that apply to you.
  • If these terms conflict with mandatory app store rules, the mandatory app store rule controls only to the extent of the conflict.

Service

Availability and changes

Nestbuk may change, suspend, limit, discontinue, or update any part of the platform at any time. We aim to keep Nestbuk reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, provider systems, app stores, payment processors, networks, device issues, or events outside our control.

Accounts

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nestbuk at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, harmed another person, misused data, failed to pay amounts owed, violated law, or acted in a way that may damage Nestbuk, users, service providers, app stores, or payment partners.
